Retort sterilization: restaurant taste for 36 months
We cook our meals and preserve them with the technology NASA developed to feed astronauts. No preservatives, no refrigeration — just natural food under reliable protection.
What a retort pouch is
A retort pouch is a soft, multilayer package made of laminated films. It withstands the high pressure and temperature of sterilization and stays fully sealed during transport — unlike tin or glass.
What the film is made of
Four layers, each with a job — from strength and printing on the outside to the food-safe layer inside.
How the autoclave works
The cooked dish is placed in the pouch, hermetically sealed, and sterilized in an autoclave at 121 °C under pressure. Bacteria are destroyed while taste, texture and vitamins are preserved.
Why you can trust it
shelf life without refrigeration
certified, all-natural recipe

every batch controlled
Light and cost-efficient packaging
A retort pouch weighs less than 2% of the product. One truck of empty pouches replaces 25 trucks of cans or glass.
