You can return an item bought from Sayahat Gurme within 14 days of purchase, provided its presentation, labels and consumer properties are preserved. Returns from the online store are made by and at the buyer’s expense: by courier/postal service (at the service’s rate) or in person.

Retort packaging is reliable, but if you receive a defect — a swollen or damaged pouch, or clear signs of a broken seal (risk of the food inside spoiling) — do not consume the product. Contact us, provide your order number and attach a photo of the defect. If we confirm the defect, you don’t need to return the item — we’ll refund you ourselves.
